- Our
classes are designed to be fun and informative,
where guests are able to ask questions and can
actually see various cooking techniques in person.
- All classes feature professional instruction in our
first-class kitchens, using the best tools
available.
- Digital video cameras show detailed images on our
large LCD television, and all instructors wear
cordless microphones so they can be heard clearly
from all classroom locations.
- All classes are demonstrations unless specifically noted
as “hands-on”.
- Guests receive recipes of all items being prepared.
- Seating is on a first come, first serve basis. We
do not reserve specific seats.
- Wine samples may be purchased separately during classes.
Must be 21 years of age to purchase wine.
- Register for classes by visiting or calling the store that is hosting the event.
- Registration must by made with payment in full.
- Ralph’s Joy of Living reserves the right to make
changes to menus and to cancel any class.
Registrants will be contacted by phone to arrange
for refunds/credits should a class be cancelled.
- You may cancel your registration up to 3 business
days prior to the date of the class and receive a
full refund. Refunds will be
given in the manner of payment.
- No refunds or credits will be given for any
registrations cancelled less than 3 business days
prior to the day of class, or for those not showing
up for class. If you cannot
attend, you may send someone in your place.
- Those registering for a group of 5 or more for any
one class will be ineligible for refunds or credits
within 10 business days of the class date, no
exceptions. The person making the registration will
be asked to sign an acknowledgement of this group
policy.
