- Our
classes are designed to be fun and informative,
where guests are able to ask questions and can
actually see various cooking techniques in person.

All
classes feature professional instruction in our
first-class kitchens, using the best tools
available.

Digital video cameras show detailed images on our
large LCD television, and all instructors wear
cordless microphones so they can be heard clearly
from all classroom locations.

All
classes are demonstrations unless specifically noted
as “hands-on”.

Guests receive recipes of all items being prepared.

Seating is on a first come, first serve basis. We
do not reserve specific seats.

Wine
samples may be purchased separately during classes.
Must be 21 years of age to purchase wine.

Prepayment is required. No reservations can be held
with out payment.

We
ask that you provide 24 hour notice of
cancellations. With less than 24 hours notice we
will make every attempt to fill your spot. If we
are unable to do so, we will issue a store credit.
